McLean Launches New Website

McLean Cooling Technology has unveiled a new company website. According to company spokesman, Paul Landgraf, the new site is a significant improvement over its predecessor. "In designing the new McLean online experience we kept the focus where it should be: on meeting the needs and expectations of our customers."

The website, www.McLeanCoolingTech.com, has a variety of new features for engineers and maintenance personnel. The navigation and structure is designed for intuitive and efficient access to information. "Cool Customer Success Stories" give real-life examples of how McLean has helped customers. There's even an interactive Product Selection Tool to assist with finding the right McLean product. "The emphasis with McLeanCoolingTech.com is on utility. We are giving the visitor what they want: information, resources, and assistance," explained Landgraf.

New site features were developed from both customer and McLean cross-department input, along with guidance from DKY, the Minneapolis marketing firm who designed and built the site. "The site is an extension of a larger, re-branding effort that McLean has undergone over the past 12 months," said DKY representative Brian Dahl. "It is one of several initiatives demonstrating a customer-centric approach that is driving their mission and culture."
